Scope of Work
Our onsite IT support techs in Zionsville, IN received a service request. The client reported the non-functional Cat6 data ports at their business sites. Based on the test results, 2 out of 6 ports failed due to wiring issues.
The onsite IT support technician re-terminated the two cables and performed a retest, confirming that both ports passed successfully. The team also verified Internet connectivity, which tested successfully.
